I am going to be on “Talk Shop Live” this Tuesday 9/26 at 6PM EST, for a sneak peek of my new book, Picturing Joy: Stories of Connection, due out in November. You will have a chance to pre-order signed copies and we can talk Joy.
One of my best and most joyous friends, Barbara Griffin will join. Barb built the biggest and best network photo department EVER at Turner. When I asked her to come on the live with me, she replied, “YESSSSSSSSSSS OMG, I would be thrilled and honored!
Wait, I have to check …I think I have VIP KPOP that night …” Turns we get to share Barb’s night with KPOP!
Join us and I will answer your questions and we can all share where we find joy, tell stories about photographs and together help launch this new book out into the world.

See you there!
George

This post highlights a live event that feels very personal and interactive—“Talk Shop” suggests a more conversational format where insights, experiences, and stories can be shared in a relaxed setting. Events like this are great for building a closer connection with the audience beyond just standard performances or content.
If you’re promoting live events or sessions like this, using a clean and cohesive color palette can really help unify the visuals—I’ve been using this AI color palette generator: duckcolor
Run 3 proves that great gameplay doesn’t need complexity. With smooth controls, imaginative environments, and constantly evolving levels, run 3d captures your attention and transforms a quick game into an addictive journey through space.
Your piece held my attention from beginning to end. It took some time to go through all the comments, but I found the piece very fascinating. pips nyt
Ragdoll hit is about beating your opponents to advance to the next round. The ragdoll-style stickman fighter is chaotic and hard to manage. To defeat your adversaries, drain their health or knock them off platforms. In each round, you can utilize accessible weapons, purchased weapons, and other objects to damage your enemies and score points. Keep in mind that your opponents can take and use your weapons!
That simplicity means the game isn’t bogged down by complex mechanics—it’s pure skill, rhythm, and determination. Geometry Dash proves that sometimes the simplest ideas create the biggest thrills.
