I was introduced to the head of Crocs brand marketing and we got to be friends.  At the time Crocs tag line was, “Find Your Fun.” Crocs was spending hundreds of thousands of dollars producing huge shootings to create fake fun. I told Terence, “Every family around me has a basket of Crocs by their door that they have REAL fun in everyday. They get their Crocs wet & muddy, they wear them out on the farm, they do everything without even thinking about what is on their feet. Why don’t we show real fun?” Terence looked at me with his big furrowed brow. He then told me to pull my car by the back of the headquarters and stuffed the trunk full of Crocs. He gave me a nice check and said, “Prove it!” This video, put together in 4 days was my answer.
