Being the only woman in a comedic cast of men is a tricky balance. There are beauty considerations that exist. There are sexual politics you cannot ignore especially when playing with such a beloved character. Then inside of it all is a personality that is so sure, so funny, and so pure that you really cannot slip too far off the tracks. Julia is glamorous and funny and a joy. She took all the ideas we shared to and made them her own.

She works hard. She has this incredible elegance – which is rare enough in this world – but it is especially unexpected in the world of network comedy. I love looking back at these pictures – both the heroes and the outtakes – she is all in.
